Mmmmmmmm.... there is nothing in this world like a nice creamy, delicious, decadent peanut butter cup... or is there?
I'd like to present you with the newest in a line up of Shakeology Peanut Butter cups that is going to blow you away not only with how delicious it is... but also with how STINKING HEALTHY IT IS!
With 70 powerful superfoods, Shakeology is without a doubt, my healthiest snack every day... and NOW it can be my healthiest dessert too!
What kinds of "superfoods" (aka the most overused term in the current American health culture) are present in Shakeo???
Let me tell you! We've got everything from Beachbody's own proprietary protein blends (some vegan, some not.. all delicious!) that come from whey, chia, flax, pea, oat, quinoa, amaranth, sacha inchi, brown rice... WHEW! And that's just the protein!
But if those protein sources aren't enough to get you on board.... What about all the... Antioxidants, Probiotics, PREbiotics, Phytonutrients, Adaptagens, Digestive Enzymes and naturally occurring vitamins and minerals from the different plant sources that comprise Shakeology?!

CAFÉ PEANUT BUTTER CUPS!!
What you'll need:
1- 1 1/2 Scoop Café Latte (you know, in case you wanna make a little extra)
(Don't have your supply of Shakeology yet? Grab yours HERE )
3/4 cup- 1 cup of water
4 teaspoons peanut butter
4-5 muffin liners
muffin tin
Guys, for real-- these are so easy!
The only thing that is TOUGH is waiting for them to freeze before you can enjoy them!!
1. Mix the Shakeology and water in a bowl- You want it to be a thick consistency, similar to a runny pudding
2. Spoon 1 1/2 (ish) tablespoons of liquid into bottom of muffin tins (so that about half of the liquid remains in the bowl for later), and put it in the freezer for about 45 minutes to set.
You can skip the freezing step this first time if you want.... and I've seen it done... but your cups won't turn out as pretty. And, let's be honest, they need to be pretty.
3. Remove from the freezer and spoon 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter onto each base layer... smoothing to even perfection (obviously).
4. Cover with remaining Shakeology pudding mixture and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until frozen all the way through.
5. ENJOY!
....okay, and maybe I added a little caramel drizzle to the top the the peanut butter on a couple... and maybe it's SUPER delish. So, I mean, you could always do that too! But then it's just not QUITE as healthy!
